Frank Foster is a 7-year-old boy who lives in Leighton Buzzard, England. He loves making YouTube videos and thanks to his 20 year-old sister asking a favor on Twitter, he was able to see his dreams come true of becoming a virtual sensation.

Foster’s older sister, Mia Doherty, watches all his YouTube videos and noticed that he wasn’t gaining any new subscribers. As she understood her brother’s aspirations to reach more people, she decided to help him get a few extra subscribers by asking the Twitter community for help.

“Frank only had 6 subscribers on his account, so I just thought when I posted the tweet, I’d get him just a few more followers, I almost didn’t tweet it because I honestly didn’t see the of point doing it, but then I thought that even if he gets 1 extra subscriber, that was going to make him happy,” said Doherty in an interview to Heart.

Doherty’s tweet went viral and had over 53,000 likes and also had hundreds of very supportive comments about what she wrote to make her brother happy.

Foster posted a video just three weeks prior saying that he was going to quit making videos because nobody was watching his videos. But thanks to his sister, that video has more than 64,000 views and he currently has 32.8k subscribers.

Foster has a lot of positive comments towards having all these new subscribers. “I have 20k and I’m famous because of all my subscribers! Everyone is given me a lot of nice comments” says Foster in a video for Heart.

“We know all his videos are a little fun and maybe not the usual videos that YouTubers do, but to him they are his masterpieces and he is very proud. We all are!” says Doherty to Heart.
