What are your plans after college?
After college, I would like to be able to find opportunities that match my interests and values. Whether that be at a non-profit or a large corporation, I would like my work to be effective and meaningful to the public.
What would be your dream job?
My dream job would have to be something that allows me to be part of a greater team, working towards marketing goals or a company’s public image.
Why did you want to intern at the American Autism Association?
I wanted to intern at the American Autism Association because it allows me to provide resources for families and individuals that have been impacted by autism and are in need of finding support and assistance.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I love going to the beach and going on hikes. I also really love to travel and I am looking forward to getting back to traveling after college. Some countries I have traveled to include, England, France, The Netherlands, Italy, and Greece.
What’s been your favorite class in college and why?
My favorite course that I have taken during my time in college is called “Media Industries”. This class was primarily focused on the different industries in which marketing operates in. As well as strategies and tactics that each sector uses to successfully market their products and/or campaigns. It also gave me an insight into which industries I would be interested in working with in the future.
What are you most looking forward to after graduation?
After graduation, I am looking forward to hopefully exploring my career options and settling into a city that will essentially start my career.
How do you like your coffee (or tea)?
I like my coffee with milk and vanilla flavoring. Caffeine is definitely a friend of mine so sometimes I drink it a bit on the stronger side. Whatever works to keep the day going.
Where is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation would have to be Australia. I enjoy water activities, and snorkeling the great barrier reef would be amazing to experience.
